    • We ship from Tucson, Arizona (USA).
  • How long does shipping take?
    • We generally ship with USPS, and delivery typically takes 2-5 business days, depending on your destination.
  • Can I get my order faster / do you offer expedited shipping?
    • Yes! If you need expedited shipping, please reach out to us at customercare@emilialohrjewelry.com--we respond quickly and will do our best to arrange a faster delivery option for you.
  • When will my order ship?
    • Orders are processed and shipped as soon as possible (in one or two business days). Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

    • We keep prices fair by working directly with the manufactures, selling direct-to-consumer, keeping markups small, and run a leaner operation—so more of your money goes into the jewelry itself, not overhead.
